Pestle and Pods is the creation of Prem and his wife Delphanie. After moving to the Ottawa area from India they were discouraged with the curry options available in stores. Too many curry powders were full of fillers and unnecessary ingredients not traditionally found in curry powders.  Longing for their traditional curries and authentic flavours they started their business journey. The One curry powder was soon created, but curry powder was just the beginning. With a desire to promote healthy eating and clean living they brought their line of latte blends to market, the Sitsville Farmers Market to be exact where it all started.
