At The Granary we source organic, Canadian grown seeds whenever possible. We store them in hermetically sealed canning jars or in the fridge. All of our overstock is always refrigerated to ensuring you can buy the freshest product possible.

We encourage customers to reduce waste by bringing their own, clean container to refill. Organic Sunflower Seeds

The shelled kernels inside the seeds of the tall, sun-worshipping sunflower are bursting with Vitamin E. This vitamin serves as an antioxidant in our bodies, and is important for maintaining the strength and integrity of cellular membranes.

Sunflower seeds are also a great way to get magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, copper and selenium.
