Meet Dave, the man who deliver's the black gold ✨ Meet Dave, the man who deliver's the black gold ✨ It's a family affair at Fluid Solar Roasted Coffee, a small scale local coffee roaster with a focus on quality and attention to detail. Dave's brother and sister Bill & Lorraine have lived off the electrical grid for the past 30 years, generating electricity and heat directly from renewable resources. Fluid's beans are purchased directly from farms or small-scale suppliers such as Coffee Shrub to ensure the highest quality. Many of these farms are Organic, Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance certified. Next comes the roasting process. A Sivetz fluid bed (hot air) roaster which is set at a low temperature and manually controlled, is used for each small batch. The beans are injected with lots of oxygen ensuring coffee oils are never bitter. Tasting is believing! We stock a large selection of Fluid's single origin and beloved blends, some of which are available in bulk. Give @fluid_solar_roasted_coffee a try and let us know what you think!
