Fine Chocolate by Ludwig. Ludwig Ratzinger, was bo Fine Chocolate by Ludwig. Ludwig Ratzinger, was born in Germany/Bavaria where his family owned and operated a bakery/pastry business. From a young age, he always had an interest in baking and so apprenticed in the pastry business at Garmisch – Partenkirchen Business School, and the bakery business in Landsberg. After his move to Canada in 1990, Ludwig then went on to work at the Chateau Laurier, and for the Governor General in 2000. During this time, he also taught cooking and baking throughout the region and decided to pursue a long-time passion by making artisan high quality chocolate with his confectionary skills. Anticipate single origin, gourmet bars that melt on the tongue. We will be sampling @finechocolatebyludwig throughout The Granary's Annual Chocolate Party on Dec 5-6th 🍫
